About
DisclosureGuard is built by Ingenious AI, an AI company based in Orange Walk Town, Belize. We build AI-security tooling for teams that ship AI-assisted content — starting with disclosure compliance, the unglamorous layer regulators actually fine over.
Why this exists
In August 2026, the EU AI Act's transparency obligations (Article 50) started applying: anyone publishing AI-generated or AI-manipulated content in the EU must mark it — machine-readable markings plus a visible disclosure to the recipient — or face fines up to €15M or 3% of worldwide turnover. Google Ads and China's labeling measures added their own disclosure duties on top. Most teams publishing AI-assisted ads, videos and images had no systematic way to check whether their content actually carried the required disclosures. DisclosureGuard was built to close that gap.
How it works
DisclosureGuard reads declared, embedded provenance — C2PA content-credentials manifests, XMP packets, EXIF fields, and frame-level scans for video — and evaluates it against versioned jurisdiction rules for the EU, the US/Google Ads, and China. Every asset gets a 0–100 compliance score, severity-ranked findings with fix guidance, a one-click label pack (overlay badges, caption copy, Google Ads disclosure text), and a regulator-ready audit trail with a tamper-evident hash chain.
What it is not
DisclosureGuard is deliberately not an AI detector. It never guesses whether content is AI-made — detectors are unreliable and regulators don't accept guesses as compliance evidence. It only checks what is declared and embedded, and flags what is missing. That design choice is the whole product: deterministic evidence instead of probabilistic guessing.
The suite
DisclosureGuard is the flagship of an independent suite of AI-security tools, each focused on one job and built to a professional standard: Vibe-Code Audit (code security), Rogue-Agent Defense (agent firewall), BreachHunter (website pentesting) and ChatBreaker (chatbot red-teaming). One login, one standard of craft.
