Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DisclosureGuard (disclosure-guard.onrender.com), operated by Ingenious AI, Orange Walk Town, Belize. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

DisclosureGuard provides AI disclosure compliance tooling: it reads declared, embedded provenance (C2PA content-credentials manifests, XMP packets, EXIF fields, frame-level video scans) in content you submit and checks it against versioned jurisdiction rules — EU AI Act Art. 50 transparency obligations, Google Ads synthetic-content disclosure rules and China's AI-generated content labeling measures. It produces compliance scores, label packs, and regulator-ready audit trails. It is not an AI detector and never guesses whether content is AI-made.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and only for content you own or are authorized to evaluate.
• Do not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive rates, resell access without permission, or use it to attack systems you do not own.
• Do not upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to process.

Plans & billing

A free tier is included (5 assets per month, basic scan). Paid plans (Pro $49/month, Team $149/month) are billed per the pricing page. Paid access is delivered via license keys; subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting avilanatanael640@gmail.com — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Accounts & termination

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the service. You may delete your account at any time by emailing avilanatanael640@gmail.com.

Compliance scores, findings and label suggestions are informational tooling, not legal advice. Regulatory interpretation is your responsibility — consult qualified counsel before relying on any result in a legal or enforcement context. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes will be noted here, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
